We are specialized and we have extensive experience in dealing with industrial relations in the maritime industry, predominantly in relation to the rights and obligations of trade unions, collective bargaining process and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and their enforceability and in regard to the prevention and settlement of various types of labour disputes in general and of strikes and boycott actions against ships and we provide advice and consultancy in relation to the legislation dealing with these subjects worldwide.
